At victry india, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted art and craft products. Since our items are specially made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or broken due to transit.
Eligibility for Return :-
1. A product is eligible for return only in the case of physical damage or breakage during delivery.
2. You may request a return with in 7 Days of delivery only.
Steps to Request a Return & Refund:

- Inspect the Product Immediately: Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the product thoroughly.
- Notify Us Within 24 Hours: If the product is damaged, email us at info@victryindia.com & WhatsApp (+91 9330717432) within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide Proof of Damage: Share clear images and unboxing video of the damaged item, including its packaging, to help us process your request quickly.
- Once we will approved the refund we will credit the amount in customer with in 5-7 working days. (With in India)
- The Replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days. And The store credit will be reflected into your account within 24-48 hrs
Return Process:

- Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.

- A replacement will be sent for the damaged item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a store credit or refund based on your preference.
- If all the return policy criteria will match as per return policy and receive the item, Will initiate the refund process with in 7 working days.
- Once we will received the return products, we will inspect the products , If everything is clear. We will re- deliver replace products 5-7 working days.
Non-Returnable Situations:

- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected.”
